Didn’t make the fries, made the mussels which were outstanding. First time I cooked Mussels, was quite delighted with them. :)
This recipe was perfect for me! I adore Portabella Mushrooms. :)

This is to be honest, my new favourite breakfast!
To die for, creamy eggs are worth the 15min wait, and the roasted tomatoes with olive oil and balsamic is AMAZING!
Love love love this recipe - a must try.

Tried this one a few weeks ago… wasn’t as delicious as i was expecting it to be.
Might try again one day but with cucumbers, i think cucumbers would be a lot better.
